Recent unrest has awakened the Lords of the Tombs, ruthless undead descendants of an ancient civilization dominated by the tyranny of magic and the fascination of the astral plane.



-New undead culture with shadow and astral affinities.

-Kill your ennemies or sacrifice your slaves to get souls to grow your army up !

-Buy your undead units with souls

-Select a skeleton face to your Undead Champions

-Units :

T0 : Eternal servant

Undead Scout Unit


T1: Sacrificed

Alive Pikemen Unit, great chances to apply SoulBound in an area effect when they die


T1: Bone Mage

Undead BattleMage Unit, Lesser Life Steal, Low chances to apply Poison on auto attack


T2: High Priest

Undead Support Unit, Strengthen Undead, Soulbinder, Lesser Life Steal, Little Plague


T2: Scribe

Undead BattleMage Unit, Lesser Life Steal, Arcfire Typhoon, auto attack deal random type damages
(frost, fire, lightning) and Drain Enchantment


T3: Lord Protector

Undead Shield Unit, Intimadating and Weakening Aura, Astral Pull, Soulbinder, Greater Life Steal

Hi everyone,

thank you for your comments and cheers,

I am giving some news since I did not for a while now.

I am not updating the mod, I do not have the time to maintain it since I have other projects going on IRL.

Maintaining / debugging the mod is almost a full time job since as a modder you do not have access to developpers tools as you usally do when you are an employee. So debugging is much more time consuming and my several attempts were dead ends.

If anyone wants to update it or keep it alive, feel free to edit the sources (every thing should be in the files you download) and share your work with the community.

I only ask that if you do so, do not ask people for money and keep it entirely free for use or edition.

Mod still works but do not use it with CTB. Hope for an update. Maybe our undead overlord returns for the new patch when the devs drop the necromancy rework.

Also can cause broken units to appear, making the game stutter.

only thing not working for me is that the city names aren't displayed on the map :) otherwise lovely mod though early game in slow games its a real pain to get souls, can we maybe have a solution to this?
