- Added a new optional feature that allow storms to damage outer walls on buildings

This is disabled by default as it significantly increases the difficulty of the game but can be enabled in the config by setting "StructureDamageEnabled" to true.
I recommend playing with the deadly survival mod with persistent damage enabled with this change, that will also allow for walls to be repaired by replacing parts rather than consuming parts or reconstructing walls and doors.
Additionally with this enabled I highly recommend building double sided walls as the outer walls will protect the inner walls. This will also allow you to perform maintenance on outer walls when they are damaged by the storms.
