Updated to remove the dependency on the old GLF mod, unticked the "Load before ingame" for the Nagash mod in the Dependency Manager and fix Arkhan's chariot animations so he can fire now.

Removed the data entry for Arkhan's chariot mount as I cannot fix the firing animation for him while he is on it.

Adds support for the hero Geneviève Dieudonné.

Updated for patch 5.1.3 and the outdated land_units_table db.

Updated any spellcasters that use the AI Usage Group "mage_highvalue" to "hybrid_mage_highvalue".

Updated Arkhan, Mortarch of Sacrament's missile weapon stats to use his own missile weapon record, glf_tmb_arkhan_missile from [GLF] Battle Mage.
