- Hardened can now deal damage to Hunter-Choppers and Gunships

It took some doing, but I managed to figure this one out

- Added two new settings

In the 'Miscellaneous' tab, there are two new settings: "Gunship balance mechanic" and "Gunship balance mechanic HP"
In a nutshell, they allow you to increase / decrease the HP of spawned Gunships. This is to offset the fact that, by default, they only have 100 HP.

This is to make the Hardened perk more balanced for those who want it.

Requires Arctic's "Combat Stims" addon. Permanently applies the "Cold Blooded" effect to the player. Located inside the new "External Perks" tab.
