Bots will spawn their own temporary helmets if a suit does not have one

I've rewritten a lot of the mods suit based xml over the past few updates so if you notice something wacky let me know in the comments

Taking your helmet off while at the highest pressures now does significantly more damage to everything around you as well as it now properly gibs the pkayer
The new ranges are:
0-20 Nothing
21-50 Small stunning explosion, mostly just knocks you out for a little
50-80 Large explosion, very deadly with Neurotrauma but not outright lethal
80 - 100 You and anyone within a small radius will be liquified, works great for suicide mission though

Bots should hopefully die to less metephorical plastic bags over their head

Slipsuit and Slim suit have extra swim speed and scooter speed

Reworked suits to shift most of functionality onto suit itself. This seems to fix bot behavior for the most part however now most things like seals/oxygen go into the suit itself while the helmet just takes a battery. This also means you can no long use a helmet as just a mask

Screwdriver can now be used to reduce pressure through health interface

Removed inherent capability with Hazardous Reactors since I got tired of the contamination log spam

New talent added for Security and Mechanic
Pressurization training, allows for far faster pressurization for emergencies

Throwing helmets and tripping should hopefully be a bit more stable. Also if you've been experiencing junction boxes emitting electricity when damaged that was an experimental feature that I may have left on, should be fixed now.

Updated helmet to use new throw > projectile tech

Seal error thrown in KYD for the wreckers helmet shouldn't be a problem anymore

Fixed lights on some of the helmets
