Fixed some gunnery issues, Thanks to "Sketch" on discord for pointing them out.
Modified/improved Hedgehogs on all ships that carry them.
Tweaked most guns so they won't shoot at submarines they can't see.

Reworked Torpedoes on all ships. More likely to fire, but easier to spot and avoid.

Added version number to title, so I can keep track better.
Reduced ship heights to try and make them less likely to hit bridges.
Reduced AA guns on Strongpoints from four to two.
Fixed spelling of Bismarck (from Bismark)
Fixed one of the torpedo mounts on Königsberg not launching.
