Shotspeed minimum is now 1. This makes the item somewhat more situational as it will make items such as Tech X that rely on low shotspeed worse, so you may have to consider if it is worth taking.

One thing worth mentioning, 0.6 is technically the vanilla shotspeed minimum, but I couldn't get it to work the way I wanted at higher values (probably the same issue as range), so if anyone wants the shot speed minimum to be higher I might be able to do that, but don't count on it, especially since low shot speed is actually beneficial to a lot of items.
