描述
Rock Bottom on a budget!

Found in the shop or Greed Mode shop for 15 cents, Bottom Line is a new item which adds minimums to your stats.

Specifically, you will not be able to go below:
  • 1 speed
  • 1 fire rate (also known as tears)
  • 3.5 damage
  • 6.5 range
  • 1 shot speed
  • 1 luck

Any item which tries to reduce your stats below these values will have its stat changes ignored! Great for runs with Soy Milk, Polyphemus, or both!

However, kind of like Rock Bottom, multipliers such as Cricket's Head will only work if they raise your stats above the minimum values listed, otherwise they are ignored. (That is to say, they won't multiply the minimum stat value, but your ACTUAL stat values.)

The shop pool is big enough it doesn't need to be weighted in my opinion, but I haven't extensively tested that, so I'll look into it to make sure.

This mod looks sick, what is the chance of it spawning?
It's obviously way worse than rock bottom but putting it in shop pool makes it way more accessible adjusting price would be weird I agree 15¢ makes sense game wise but it should have a modifier or at least 0.3 to spawn imo. (maybe even 0.1)

The first thing I want to be done, is to get that piece of crap out of my ring. Don't just get him out of the ring, get him out of the WWF because I've proved son, without a shadow of a doubt, you ain't got what it takes anymore! You sit there and you thump your Bible, and you say your prayers, and it didn’t get you anywhere. Talk about your psalms, talk about John 3:16… Austin 3:16 says I just whipped your ass!

And as far as this championship match is considered son, I don't give a damn if it's Davey Boy Smith or Shawn Michaels, Steve Austin's time is come, and when I get that shot you're looking at the next WWF Champion. And that's the bottom line, because Stone Cold said so.
