New tower:
Replace the old wooden watch tower with an new fortified wooden tower for the Soviet:
1. can be upgraded with mg and search light on stage one like regular tower

2. and outfitted with an recoilless rifle on stage two

3. you can manual remove the sandbags on the tower should you require to change the fire arc

4.fix some bugs cause fortifications not spawn properly
(including the bug that cause AI defender's MG34 bunker and fortress MG34 bunker spawn repeatly)

5. you can now seal or unseal the trench by cliking the end of the trench you wish you seal or unseal
