Fixed up duplicate unlock for botanist crates and shelves.

Added two new items for use.

Botanist Hazard Crate: Used to store chemicals and such, heap and easy to make. Waterproof.

Botanist Hazard Crate Shelf: Movable, can only store Botanist Hazard Crates.

Made the exosuit compatible with the enhanced reactors mod. (Added tag to stop ore from irradiating you)

Added Domesticated Ballast Flora and Rubber Tree to the seed talents for easier discovery and access.

Doubled the sprayer effect of carbon monoxide, makes it better at suppessing fires.

Clarified some text around blackmarket seeds.

Made it clear only unidentified seeds are sold, not seeds in general.

Made the botanist exo hazard suit icon more green.

Made the botanist crate actually look like a botanist crate instead of using literally the same color and sprite as the chem crate.

This is a minor update that adds a new item to the Hydroponic Equipment talent. The Botanist Planter!

Cheaper, quicker to make and holds double the fertilizer, it goes well with other items in that talent.

Fixed botanist hazard crate being too expensive.

Updated flavor text of Containment Protocols talent.

Added a few new items exclusive to the Containment Protocols talent:

Portable Diving suit locker, for storing all those containment suits.

Botanist Hazard Crate, for storing all that sweet produce, is waterproof and functionally a chem crate but craftable.
