- EUs for the Ancient Kucadikadi and Sivullirmiut, and the Classical Salish will not have any Food maintenance cost
- EU for the Ancient Valdivia will not have any Food maintenance cost if they are upgraded from Tribes
- EU for the Classical Helvetii and Kushans will not have any Food maintenance cost because they are Nomads

Made changes to the following cultures:
- Ancient Akkadians: redesigned EQ and its bonuses; reworded LT but did not change effects
- Ancient Kucadikadi: districts built during the Ancient Era will now exploit adjacent Lake tiles
- Classical Chavin: increased CS of EU from 24 to 25; EU now gains +6 CS when fighting in a friendly district instead of +3
- Classical Numidians: LT bonuses now also apply to ranged cavalry units instead of only melee cavalry units
- Classical Thracians: tweaked LT to apply to units in foreign territory instead of armies

Bug fixes:
- Fixed an incorrect Horses requirement for the Animal Barns
- Fixed a problem where the Animal Barns were giving an incorrect yield estimate
- Fixed a bug where the Classical Numidian EQ double-counted some Horses deposits
- Fixed a bug where the Early Modern Sulu EU ability did not always correctly apply
- Fixed a bug where the Industrial Qing could no longer build districts when Stability was low in the Contemporary Era
- Fixed a bug where the Industrial Qing EQ could be built away from the coast
- Fixed an issue with incorrect flavor text for the Industrial Qing

Updated for the Achilles patch

Added a new culture: the Industrial Era Qing (agrarian culture)

Made changes to these cultures:
- Industrial Lakota: redesigned the LT and EQ to be more usable and encourage a less radically-different playstyle
- Classical Kushans: changed the EU ability to a flat bonus to Combat Strength per resource instead of a percentage bonus
- Early Modern Mapuche: after entering the Industrial Era, the LT maluses from attached territories to unit upkeep and combat strength can no longer exceed the base bonuses

Added new culture card art for the Florentines, Muscovites, and Saadians

Did a complete review and standardization of UI descriptions of effects, for consistency and ease of understanding. This involved adding custom English text to nearly all effects added by the Super Pack, so most effects will no longer auto-localize for other languages. Sorry to players who play in other languages. A few translation mods are in the future

Clarified placement restrictions on several districts, so you can more clearly see what those restrictions are before selecting a culture

Renamed the Valdivians to the Valdivia, which is the more correct usage

Made some small changes to the following cultures:
- Valdivian Net Weaver will now provide bonus Food to adjacent Coastal Water, instead of applying its bonus food to itself
- Nabatean Cistern no longer produces +3 Food
- Salish Red Cedar Grove placement restrictions have been relaxed: may now be placed on and adjacent to Woodland and Rocky Forest tiles, in addition to Forest
- Shaybanid Peasant School will now apply its Stability bonus on adjacent Farmers Quarters, instead of applying it to itself

Bugs fixed:
- The Hopewell Timber Circle was sometimes not providing any Science
- The Rus' Boyar Cavalry did not have the correct descriptor referenced, causing a mix-up in Combat Strength
- Meiji Japanese bonuses could apply to other empires' religious districts as well as your own
- Building an Ecuadorian National Park while having previously been the Florentines caused a self-referential cycle that would eventually cause a turn-pending bug

Added three new cultures:
- Classical Salish (replacing the Classical Pohnpeians as a Builder culture)
- Industrial Meiji Japanese (Builder culture)
- Industrial Norwegians (Aesthete culture)

Added new culture card art for the Thracians, Haida, Medang, Palas, Omanis, Safavids, Boers, and Kenyans

Made some small changes to cultures:
- Goguryeo will now receive +5 Combat Strength on Militia instead of +3
- Kenyan EQ will now unlock automatically instead of at Free Trade Theory

Fixed a few instances of Legacy Trait effects not correctly displaying in text on the culture selection screen

Fixed a few bugs:
- Removed the Basler from the Early Modern Era, because they were not intended to be visible
- Au Lac EQ placement outside of forest tiles would cause weird yields
- Animal Barns would sometimes provide negative Food when playing as the Numidians
- Qusqu EQ could not be placed on top of another district
- Mapuche EQ was not functioning as an anchor for new districts
- Puebloan LT bonus combat strength was not applying correctly
