+增加自动Live Patch功能，为所有装甲自动更新数值
+为神经创伤启用Live Patch（实验性功能）+ 创伤概率减免
现在装甲提供神经创伤里部分创伤的概率降低
其他mod也可以在装甲增加相应的抗性已启用该功能
