-Fixed up some issues that happened with latest updates.

-Reduce the Plasma Grenadier Spam
-Added gates to the outpost
-Added more AA turrets
-Made tigers spawn later in the game (wave 7 instead of 5)
-Increase the overall number of bug ground forces to compensate
-Reduced the total number of waves from 25 to 23
-Increased the player's starting supply by 10.

Minor tweaks to the terrain to make it more optimal.

Added a small ramp at the end of the wall to fix issues with bug pathfinding.
