• Instead of fixing Tasked and dealt with, nerfed it instead. (Gave 3 stims instead of 2, changed it to give 1 stim only.
  
• Gave rook the AutoShotgun too.
  
• Put depleted fuel, heavy wrench and hardened screwdriver recipes into quickcrafts instead of where they were before.

Fixed Quick Crafts, kind of.

Quick crafts includes deconstructor.

Fixed Marksman SMG sprite.

• Added tinkering back to the 3rd general row.
  
• Kind of strong, no cooldown and lasts forever.
  
• Meant to make the gunsmith a better team player.

Tons of changes. Most notably:

• Wasteful Steam Cannon got nerfed.
  
• Cyanife got nerfed.
  
• Around 30% of the talents were changed. (Mostly nerfs/tweaks)
  
• Handshake also gives hardened screwdriver for consistency. (And a nod to pre-rework)
  
• Fixed handshake. (Gave you 10% more melee damage instead of 20%)
  
• Pyro has less burn damage buff, because of wasteful steam cannon.
  
• Radiation Sickness resistance nerfed (Nerdy)
  
• Tasked and dealth with got a buff instead, 1 more stim and 10% more exp. (Also had wrong exp gains before.)

Gave the 20% exp for hunting missions 2 combat stims after you complete atleast 1 mission. This is to further encourage these guys to go fight

Bumped vitality from 115 to 120

Fixed Marksman SMG Magazine sprite being from the wrong place.
Made Marksman SMG longer.
Nerfed start vitality. +5 from sec/med.

Changed Tac.PUCS sprite to be more in-tune with the game.
