A small patch

Hello, everyone!

This is a small patch, nothing cool has been added so far: I changed the mod's structure, and it was causing it to crash with MK1212! This was due to missing entries, so I had to reverse to a prior patch that did have the required entries. In this fix I nerfed infectivity once again and fixed the missing flavour text bug. Enjoy.

I'm a bit busy irl at the moment, but I am working on the events and the new disease, malaria🦟, so stay tuned!

A small patch:

Hello everyone! In this small patch, I share some bug-fixes and balance tweaks I've done. Some bugs still remain and I am looking into the dynamic events.

Bug fixes:

-) Duplicate edicts for Venetia (in MK1212) fixed.

-) Lack of edicts for Cumans (in MK1212) fixed.

Balance tweaks:

-) Nerfed infectivity accross the board (except for bubonic), people had complained that it was too excessive, and people provided me with screenshots of the whole map covered in disease. This was specially prevalent for MK1212, due to the cities starting with very poor sanitation and the AI not building enough public services. The vanilla AI handles this better. I might start looking into CAI tweaking to get the AI to build better.

-) Nerfed disease duration in cities, armies and navies. While this was hilarious (people losing 9 chevron, 40 unit armies to a disease) it was quite frustrating, so I toned it down. Now it should be a lot more reasonable.

With this said, the missing text bug still remains. I'll start looking into it ASAP, but I've yet to receive any help, it is very strange. I might try reconstructing the whole thing from scratch if it fails.
