tiny hot-fix that addressed the description issues of 2 units.

Zoom out distance changed from 7/40 to 60/4 (default is currently 35/5)

Fixed Dozens of bugs with the germans and some US special unlock units fixed.
Also the Sherman 76mm Canister shell now works properally and aims at stuff, it also tracks the unit you tell it to attack instead of firing at the dirt. youre welcome for doing your job better than you relic (literally with my hands tied behind my back) ((Give me real mod tools and proper file access and ill stop shitting on you in the comments))

Dozens of cost changes for Germany on abilities, units, build times, upgrade costs, structure costs etc etc.
i dont wanna list everything ill be here all night, suffice to say i made germany feel better to play and not struggle as hard, while trying to avoid it becoming op.
Germany needed some serious competitive help and they got it now with this update.
Note that these changes were mostly done to units and builds that were struggling. NOT units that were preforming well.

changed the point blank shot ability on the stug 3G, to a HE round ability and added some range. changed its description and reduced cooldown slightly.

New:
Added Rifle Grenades to Jaegers IF you have the G43 Rifle Package.. (though i realize now that i forgot to mention it in the UI. i will hotfix this in a few min)

Added a Vet 1 salvage ability to German pios so they can get some gas from dead vehicles.

Returning:
Added Rifle Grenades back to US Path finders and Recon Infantry.
Fuck you relic for removing these instead of just balancing them. Dev Team skill issue tbh.

Huge compatibility update to make the mod work with the last 5+ months of base game updates.

still LOTS of work to do. and still LOTS of stuff i cant edit cuz the tools are crap, but if anyone still plays this bad game and wanted to play this mod again i figured id throw out an update for it while i had some sick time.

New features:
Added Nashorn to germany (they needed the help late game in group games)
Added Archer TD to UK (they needed the help late game in group games vs mass armor, especially heavy armor)

Changed US White Phosphorus ability target conditions so you can actually target buildings, infantry and team weapons and not just vehicles.

Costs on a number of light vehicles have been reworked:
Most went down or were refactored. the only 2 that went up were the marder3s for Dak and Germany, which while squishy shouldn't be as cheap as they were sense they can easily Hole end game tanks with their guns.

Vet changes:
M18 Hellcat Vet reworked. Removed nonsensical Indirect fire HE barrage and added a WP veterancy ability.
Sherman E8 Vet reworked. Removed Sherman vet abilities and added a WP veterancy ability and flanking speed abilities.

Snipers now have 0.9 target size and 90 hp. they are way too easy to kill and pointless to build in default (80hp and 1.5 target size) so i fixed em. they will still get murdered by a squad of infantry that gets to close or a recon vehicle.

Some units now have custom Projectiles to match Gun Elevation limitations. this makes it so the shells and guns dynamically elevate to the lowest non shot blocking angle, or to their max elevation (which ever comes 1st)
Units include Bishiop, Wespe, Semovente, Stummel, 75mm Halftrack US, Stug 3D (most of the high angle weapons).

Some units have new Icons, decorators, and symbols that better fit their actual unit type.. idk why relic is too lazy to do this. oh and some arent finished and are missing.

Tiny update fixing a few bugs with over-preforming PZ-3 N vs infantry

Dak AT rifles not doing the proper damage (their was a relic bug that made them only do like 10 damage a hit AND miss 4 out of 5 shots)

Also fixed a couple building and unit descriptions.

Im so tired of this dumb game every time i look at it i find more crap wrong with it..
Even The mod tools are so fuckin buggy and break shit constantly.. Dont even get me started on the limitations of this shit 'archive viewer' they are incorrectly calling "mod tools"
This hotfix fixed the missing abilities that got messed up by the tools on several units.

I also tuned the 81mm mortars back down to 260 MP now that i lowered the raw damage and rof, the splash range is still better than default so mortars should feel good to use but not over powered.

I also fixed a few text issues.

anyway i think im going to drop this game because i dont enjoy it and Relic doesn't seem to care enough to fix the broken units and abilities.
I don't mean broken balance wise either, i mean Missing Weapons/inability to repair HQs/etc/ critical stuff that relic refuses to fix.. anyway Enjoy this patch and mod while you can before it becomes outdated IF/when relic will ever put out a good patch, cuz i intend to drop the game and mod support with this final patch.
maybe ill come back to this someday in the future, but not right now, it really depends on relic and how the game turns out over time, but im not expecting much.

Mod now compatible with todays Hotfix from relic.

+ Additional changes below continuing the work i did from the previous patch.
german Stug3 G cost changed from 360/50 to 350/60
german werbil cost changed from 360/50 to 340/60
German stug3 D call-in cost changed from 600/60 to 500/45
Stug 3D health changed from 560 to 520 for dak and wher.
German Mid-Tier Side Tech cost changed from 50 to 40 fuel
Grenadiers now have 90 HP instead of 85
Jaegers now have 112 Hp instead of 110.
Lowered the Panther CP cost from 8 to 7. (when buying the upgrade you may go -1 CP.. this is a side effect of the crap coh3 tools and cant be fixed atm, it does not effect gameplay and you will go positive again upon earning another CP)
German Repair and Medical Bunker upgrade costs lowered from 85 to 70 munitions.
Stummel Halftrack cost reduced from 90 to 80 munitions

New ability: German Panzer Grenadeers can now throw AT satchel charge (must be very close)

Global changes:
All AT guns traverse rate increased from 18 to 26 (1.45x) now hopefully they will suck less... hopefully....
Lowered all mortar auto fire reload slightly to be more in line with coh2 standards. Barrage ROF remains unchanged to encourage better micro and intentional actions/skill based play

Globally changed all 81mm Infantry Mortar teams cost from 260 to 280.. now that they are working properly and doing damage, they needed to go up in cost alittle cuz they were to strong for the price point.
Bazooka Team cost changed from 280 to 260 (precision shot AOE range and damage reduced so its not a nuke)
German Sniper now has the same windup and cool down as the US sniper.
German 8 rad now does proper damage and works the same as the dak 8 rad sense its the same vehicle...sigh, ffs relic really?..
German 8 rad callin cost reduced from 400/40 to 290/35
Wespe callin cost reduced from 400/90 to 360/90
Dak semovente Heat ability description changed to indicate that it has high pen and damage. Damage changed from 160 to 200.
Globally fixed poor AT gun accuracy and handling vs vehicles.

Critical bug fixes
German 8Rad now has missing turret and weapons - This is a bug caused by the shitty modding tools we have, they are just as broken as the terrible game is. Im sure no one is surprised to hear that..

updated mod to be mostly compatible with 1.1, if anyone sees any wonky or missing stuff plz let me know ASAP

unnerfed the default changes to Loiters and air strikes sense the mod took a different approach and actually fixed the other nations AA so America wasn't the only faction with working AA and can now counter planes pretty well. (edit i actually went with a in the middle approach and did apply some nerfs but not as heavy handed as relic)

unnerfed pathfinders (except build time and upkeep that i kept) sense they weren't an issue in the mod due to having retuned & frankly less insane guns than default has

Removed secondary squad upkeep from all infantry squads on all factions so their aren't 2 layers of hidden economy drain, and only 1 layer in the EBPS. (this is complex and if you dont know what it is dont worry about it. its some new coh3 exclusive cancer.. TLDR you shouldn't be bankrupt with a tiny army anymore.. or at-least AS bankrupt as you were before)

L6/40 Cost reduced slightly.

Changed the cost of the UK heavy mortar callin from 390 back to 440 now that mortars are preforming better.. and frankly because its a really powerful callin and u get a free truck without having to build a depot.

reworked the US tech path for motor pool, chaffee, and tank depot again slightly.

added over a dozen proper icons to the units that needed them.. Apparently relic added these icons to the game recently. but never actually added them to the units on the live build, so i beat them to the punch

British guards cost reduced from 400 to 360

British can now build a bofors emplacement upon getting the platoon command post.

German storm troopers target size reduced from 1 to 0.85 to help make them less terrible for the price

heavy mortar cost reduced from 440 to 390mp



with this development should slow down on the mod as ive nearly reached the extent of what the tools allow me to do. i do want to eventually place the nashorn and archer in the tech trees but at the moment i am unable to get them working the way i want them to, due to limitations with these trash tools. its the same with many other things in the game and mod, i have the skills and knowledge to do so much more, but am simply not allowed to due to relics bullshit. if this was coh2 even i could have done 90% of what i wanted to do. but its not these tools are way way way worse.

balance pass.
german pioneers cost increased from 180 to 200 sense they are a 4 man squad now.

Dak Pz3 E cost reduced from 45 to 40 fuel.
Dak Pz3 G cost increased from 300 to 320 mp.

a few small tweaks i forgot to toss in the last patch

Stug 3 D balance pass for Dak and Ger, reduced armor for this early stug variant and reduced Pen/damage sense its now a AOE monster as it was suppose to be.

increased British tommy HP from 95 to 100, they struggle hard late game and are stuck as a 5 man squad while pretty much everyone else in the game has 6 man squads.

increased Easy8 sherman armor to be equal to that of the uparmored shermans sense its so crap for such a late and expensive callin tank.

their is a bug with the armor upgrade on shermans not affecting 76mm shermans, i cant fix it cuz the tools suck and dont let me access what i need to so i could fix it.. so as a sloppy work around i just increased the 76mm shermans armor to = the 75mm shermans armor with the upgrade kit.

added the auto reinforce ability to the Dak 250. it doesnt override the range and you still need to be stupid close to the halftrack to use it. so i figured ehh why not. if it becomes a problem i could adjust or remove it, but i dont think it will tbh.

reduced matilda armor back to pre buff levels sense its already crazy strong and has lots of HP

restored marder damage to default levels

reduced resource cache cost from 200 to 150
