Dozens of quality of life upgrades

Improved pretty much all elite infantry with unique and standardized improvements to make them more viable/justify their steep cost for an infantry unit.

Changed and improved several requirements that control how abilities are shown, and even add quality of life abilities to units that were lacking them. for example the british tommies now have a 'Focus fire on vehicles' option if they have been upgraded with Boys AT rifles, US SSF commandos now have a Focus vehicle or Suppressing fire ability depending on what toggle state they are set to with their 2ndary weapons. things of that nature have been added.

Tweaks to some weapons to improve or tone down where necessary.

Experimenting with a very weak & light suppression feature on the MG34 and M1919 weapons for the US and Dak base infantry.

increased suppression strength of HMGs slightly.
increased flamethrower damage back to default now they relic fixed the double damage bug
fixed the panzer 4 stubby lobbing HE shells like a retard.. relic doesn't know how these things work...
added defensive smoke to tiger 1 and command pz4 for Germany.
fixed WB barrage bug on M8 Scott
Added Passive Heal to US paras cuz they kinda needed something to make them less crap for how expensive they are.
Added suppression ability to US paras IF they have M1919s equipped.
Added Focus Anti Tank if to us paras IF they have M9 Bazookas equipped.
Added Hold Fire Ability For US paras IF they take the concealment veteran ability.
Added icon to show that fallschirmjaegers have passive healing at vet 1 (they always did but now its more obvious)
Added Radio becon build option to US path finders, this radio becon acts as a rally/reinforce point for paras and pathfinders similar to how the fallschirmjaeger cache works. It also recons the battlefield in the area of its deployment. Limit of 1 per player is allowed.
Added New US Repair depot building (they were the only faction without something like this)
Added Retreat point ability to German medical bunkers, British Repair center, fallschirmjaeger cache, and new US repair depot.
Added scuttle button to a couple buildings. though their is no way to add the animation currently because the mod tools are dogshit and lacking basic features, so we will have to deal with the building simply disappearing instead of exploding for now....

UK Dingo, US 4x4 Jeep, and AK kradchutzen can now be used to detect camouflaged units and hunt snipers. detection range is set to 30
Ger Kettenkrad can also be used as a detection unit, however due to its unarmed nature i felt it appropriate to give it an advantage here so its detection is set to 40. keep in mind these are scouting/recon units and are NOT trained to look for mines, only detecting camouflaged Team weapons, vehicles and infantry.

American Scout squads are now also set to detect camouflaged units but only at a range of 20. path finders are also 20
American Scout and Pathfinder squad able to detect mines but only at a range of 4 (mine removal kits are 10 if i remember correctly). they also cannot defuse them and must either avoid them or shoot them. Shoot a min at a range of 4 at your own pairel. this feature/change is intended to help path finders and scouts avoid stepping on mines as they move around and reinforce their niche as scouting units.
normal units following pathfinders that have walked over a mine, will trigger the mine behind them so be careful and pay attention.

New Barrage ability added to kettenkrad, (must have vet 1 and Comms cables)
Kettenkrad recon ability reworked away from the semi useless timed abilities, into a constant On/Off toggle with its own pros and cons.
New DemoCharge ability added to kettenkrad.

-Added new unit Sd.Kfz 251/17 Flak Half-Track to Germans PanzerGrenadier building.
-Added new ability Handbreaks to all Turret-less TDs and Cars (this is something i wanted to do for awhile and could only recently do with the slight improvements they made to the tuning pack builder) im not going to call it a mod builder cuz its not.
-Fixed bug from basegame where US medical half-track passive abilities get in the way of selecting half of the vet upgrades.
-Added new ability to the us 4x4 jeep for artillery barrage. Costs 45 munitions. and can target into the fog of war with long range (its kinda like the Dak 254 arty truck.. kinda.. However again it costs 45 munitions. requires vet 1 on the jeep AND requires the commander upgrade which is another 35 munitions) and if you lose the jeep you gotta get it all over again.

Fixed several additional bugs with units and UI/Descriptions, and requirements,
Also updated the compatibility with relics new/new hotifx™... why do they keep doing this?
infact i gotta break with 4th wall for a second and rant about it because their most recent freaking "hotfix™" was casing me HELA panic because it TOTALLY BRICKED the mod completely for 36 hours.
Thankfully with PURE LUCK and the help of god i was able to figureout where the bugs were that were doing it and fix them, but im gonna be honest again i got LUCKY and only found them out of pure luck with the help of god, cuz their was no trouble shooting error codes or tools available to help me find the cause of the hard crash. We came within a hairs width of losing the ability to play this mod completely and forever... so yeah i was balding alittle bit on my end from the stress.

anyway, New features aside from the bug and compatibility fixes include..
Top mounted MG upgrade for the Flame PZ3
New Icon to show that Dak Panzerjagers actually cloak in cover (they always did but not its more obvious with a passive ability icon)
New PanzerFaust Ability at Vet 1 for Dak Panzerjagers.
M18 Hellcat Veterancy reworked. A tier now gives the WP rounds from a couple patches ago, but now the B tier unlocks Ambush Cammo and first strike, meaning the vehicle can now cloak and ambush things.

Found and fixed another really nasty bug that prevented US MG Nests from having MGs or Gun crew inside them.. they were just a hollow building.

This bug was caused by the jank mod tools and noone reported it. so idk how long its been like that.

also added a limit to how many Nashorns and Archers players can have at one time (limit to 2)

and added a HMG nest as a building option for the British sappers. were slowly bringing back that OG british defensive play =)

problem identified and isolated, theoretical solution confirmed as working
sorry for the nothing patches guys but it was part of the test.
compiling bug report for relic.. hopefully they will care enough to fix it in the next year or 2. prob not though..

small compatibility hotfix for last nights official hotfix...

also took the time to add the missing UI weapon range rings for the units that were missing them in the Dak and UK factions.
