Numerous changes required to be up to date with Real Sonar.

[IMPORTANT CHANGE]
LITE now shares files with Real Sonar. This makes maintaing both mods much easier and reduces the file size of LITE down to 100kb. As you might expect, you must be subscribed to Real Sonar for this mod to work now.

[Lua-only changes]
- Directional pings can now determine if characters are in the aim cone sector and play different sounds.
- Wearing an Anechoic Diving Suit now hides the wearer on all active sonar systems and thermal goggles, muffles sound, and grants lower visibility, making the wearer harder to detect and gives the anechoic suit greater purpose.

[Bugs and performance]
- Improved performance and fixed frame drops with Dynamic Europa by recreating the ping system in Lua. This also allows for easier implementation of new features. When playing with Lua installed, the game automatically uses the new Lua ping system instead of XMLs.

- Added smart hull detection from the main mod.
- Added the volume menu from the main mod.
- Made ping sounds play 100% consistently at the cost of occasionally breaking rhythm when moving between distances.
- Greatly improved sound playing performance.
- Fixed a lighting issue with the Navigation Terminal.
- Optimised sonar impact visuals.

- Removed the <30 meter unprotected water sound.
- Drastically reduced the flash and shake of a sonar impact.
- Removed blood FX from impact

- Added translation for 日本語 (Japanese). Special thank you to @Dutch, who did the translation out of support for the mod without even being asked. <3

- Lowered the base price of the Anechoic Diving Suit from $500 to $300. No longer requires titanium aluminium alloy to craft.
