Changed the collision of the mine supports.

Gave the flat tracks collision so that they can be used in the building editor without an error during building.

Updated some paths causing missing text.

I have separated the mining elements into their own category in each crafter's job list.

Also, a Treadwheel Crane has been added as a purely decorative element! Enjoy it as the wheel spins!
