Balance:
Changed starting equipment to bring down the average value (Exchanged Scooter with diving knife)


SLIPSTREAM SCOOTER - 12 usage down to 0.4 (Double the usage of vanilla scooter) (I swear it never was so high on purpose, sorry to who suggested I buff it)

Calloused (Double bleedout health) Added 10% damage resist
Core Training (25% increased health) Added 45% reduced oxygen usage
Poacher (20xp per kill) Doubled xp and Added mark gains
Abyss (Benefits when damaging watchers) Added damage resistance while psychotic
Scaleskin - 10% damage resistance while healing

Living Figurehead- Reduced Oxygen usage by 25%

NEW TALENT - Genesis // Tier 3 First Aid Tree

While you have genetics implanted gain 5% Swimming speed, Damage resistance, damage.
Upon completing a Nest or Monster mission gain genetic material

Fixes:

Fixed living figure head always being active
Fixed Hydrophobic flow resistance not working (Sorry..)
Fixed Poacher (Sorry again, to the dude who mentioned it)

Added Descriptions to buffs previously missing them (Living figure head, Panicked, Hydrotherapy)

Added 75% penetration to the Sledgehammer so it can more easily deal with armor
Sledgehammer can now normally go in inventory,
Sledgehammer damage reduced to account for increased penetration

Stifle now properly affects people in water, icon now hidden in buff bar

Poacher clarified to every mission
