- Added Global Mobilization compat to Optionals folder.

- Changed Radiation handling to be much more true to real life. You may notice more sharp increases in detecting radiation; this is normal and realistic for some radiation types.
- Updated CBA settings. Please reset all to default and reread radiation type tooltips, parameters have changed.
- Changed respirator action to require player being unconscious. Takes respirator out of unconscious player's inventory before yours.
- Added dust zone module, found in effects tab. Sync module to a trigger with an area to use. It is HIGHLY recommended that these are circular or square zones. Mismatched side lengths may cause issues with fade in percentage. Use the attachTo to attach the trigger zone to an object.
- Removed dust areas from objects. They are now defunct and replaced with dust zones.
- Increased hard limit of radiation source range to 5km. This means you can have a radiation zone that at most has a 10km diameter if circular.
- Minor locality fixes.
- Bug fixes related to ACE carrying not counting as contact with objects.
- No Zeus modules just yet. Still trying to work out the best way for implementation with dust zones.

- Balancing fix. Radiation poisoning symptoms are now much closer together, and have a lower threshold. As a guideline:
Dose is defined as the count multiplied by the ionising power of the radiation. If you have 100 Alpha counts, you will have a dose of 100 when ignoring background radiation (as you should).
Nothing aside from hunger, thirst and stamina draining quicker will happen below 100 dose. This scales with dose.
Once the player's dose exceeds 100, the player will begin to be in pain with more added every 10 seconds.
There is a 50/50 chance of radiation poisoning medical effect at 400 dose every second. This lowers blood pressure. It will occur from 200 dose, with probability scaling with dose.
At 600 dose, there is a 50/50 chance of going unconscious every 10 seconds.
If you have KAT medical loaded, the chance of the player's airways becoming occluded will increase by 10% every second with a 50/50 chance at 600 dose also. This is not just for instances the player may go unconscious due to radiation.
After the next KAT medical update, I will be influencing blood coagulation to make it more difficult to clot with radiation poisoning.
