I was unable to update this mod because of a CTD that kept occurring on the loading screen while this mod was active. My apologies if you experienced a similar issue and that this mod's updating was ultimately halted due to a bug.

Changes:
- Added a new "Educational Exemptions" Law for Democratic nations to the Draft Exemptions tab, allowing for a research bonus at the cost of more manpower.
- Extent of Conscription Laws now include Experienced Soldier Loss modifiers for each of the laws, with "Strict Restrictions" offering a minor bonus while "Levée en Masse" heavily penalizes it, deincentivizing its use in non-desperate situations.
- Minor modifier changes to some ideas.
