Hotfix for a crash with gaem version 7.0

Обновление: 27 окт. в 6:19

Started to make use of the ability to delete vanilla table records! This makes things much easier for me and led to noticable improvements to AI skill selection.

- the following races received a complete look-over with various fixes, tweaks, skill synergies and deleted vanilla records: Beastmen, Bretonnia, Chaos Dwarfs, Dark Elves, Dwarfs, Empire
- the other races received improvements as well, but not to the same extent. I will do a complete look-over of them at some point in the future.
- all Lores of Magic got improvments and fixes: characters will get to (Greater) Arcane Conduit more reliably, lord and hero casters will pick different spells in the first block (unless one of them sucks), several oversight were fixed

- reduced randomness when AI selects which skill line to prioritize, hopefully resulting in better skill point distribution overall
- Tzarina Katarin should get her final unique skill more often
- Lords will avoid the Bottomless Quiver skill
