Improved ai idle issue. Brutes also have deadly melee

-Add new enemy variations and new weapons
-Fixed waves to not overload and make AI braindead as often
-Added spartan AI
-made waves progressively evolve the more you survive

Updated to current new version, nothing changed. I'm working on new additions though. But wanted to make this playable again

-AI Pathing and && Hinting updated
-AI Squads splitup changes to further to avoid breaindead issue and help map flow better
-Script improvements for AI respawning to help stability improvements as well as lessen AI braindead issue. (Halo 2 Classic has a limit of to 30 AI total before the bots start having issues, including not attacking each other, running past enemies, standing still, and flood getting stuck in the green room.
-Two altered covenant weapons have been made to be heat-based. (Gearbox's Custom Edition Fuel Rod Gun and a new variation of the carbine that is more unique)
-Banshees adjusted to assist phantom

Possible known issue carried over from Nexus Mods:

-You have to play in English audio, apparently you need to export maps in different languages or else any user from a different language setting will not work. Apparently this is a Halo 2 issue and not for others like Halo 3. Not sure if this is an issue when going through the Steam Workshop with MCC or if 343 made a fix for that with Excession tool.
