Fixed a minor bug where Philanthropist was giving a negative change to working conditions instead of positive for Executives.

* 'Background: Entrepreneur' has been removed and replaced with 'Background: Publisher' - this is due to the addition of the Entrepreneur skill levels in the base game
* Some traits have extra modifiers for the new executive character types
* Executives will not get any of the 'Background' type traits as they automatically get the Entrepreneur skill levels (in the same way how Generals/Admirals don't get 'Background' type skills)

Minor balance change for Entrepreneur

A number of modifiers have changed within the game for this recent patch so some of the traits have had new modifiers added to replace defunct ones. These are quite minor changes and all in-line with similar vanilla traits for the sake of balance.
