Fixed spawn arrows not showing up

- Fixed early AT inf for AI defenders (should be removed)
- Fixed supply box for supply drop clipping the group on coop
- fixed captured vehicles not showing up on minimap
- Changed bot wave system to not cycle through waves while the AI is unable to spawn (mainly affects typhoon wave mode)
- Polished some maps
- Increased officer cost from 400 to 550
- Modified divisions to allow for more tank spawning
^this needs to be tested
- Set player callin stage size for all difficulties to 60 cp
- Added minimap arrows for when moving AI spawns to the rear is active
- Added undeploy all button to overview screen, though it's a little janky so i might remove it

- Added chance for AI to spawn at the players rear (the side the player has spawned). The chance decreases as the difficulty decreases and is not active for easy
- Increased Normal difficulty
- Renamed AI for unfair and soul breaker
- Reduced typhoon wave interval from 120 -> 80 seconds

- Fixed crash with ger 1 division
- Added light and medium tanks to ger inf division

- Reworked Vehicle Hull Down sandbag structures. They shouldn't block some cannons for some vehicles.
- Increased 221 cp cost from 2 -> 6
- Fixed all sandbag ring entities to use the correct texture based on map evironment
- Modified all sandbags rings to constrain to surface to address floating bags. In some extreme cases like cliffs they will float
- Polished ai pathing for some maps
