Conquest Enhanced V2 Live Update (Version 2.3.5)
This update primarily focuses on bug fixes, with a few fresh additions sprinkled in for now.

New Stuff
** - New dynamic weather system by Hawka himself.**
 - Weather will now dynamically change during missions to simulate the passage of time or shifts in weather conditions.
** - New late-war snipers for the USA, Germany, and USSR.** (Finland already has excellent snipers, so no changes were needed.)
German late-war sniper team: 1x Veteran Sniper (sporting some very dapper camo) with high veterancy, equipped with a scoped G43, accompanied by a spotter also using a scoped G43, though remarkably less lethal than the Sniper.


USSR late-war sniper team: 1x Elite Guards Sniper with a (CE-custom) scoped SVT, accompanied by 2x non-scoped SVT Elite Guards. Raincoats included, of course.


USA late-war sniper team: 1x 101st Pathfinder Sniper with a (CE-custom) scoped M1 Garand, accompanied by a spotter with an M1 Carbine and a captured Panzerfaust.


Added a new infantry squad to the American roster: 101st Pathfinders.


** - Recon vehicles have received a vision and spotting buff.**
 - This may change in future updates but currently feels well-balanced. Recon vehicles have long struggled to fulfill their intended role - this change should help them perform as true reconnaissance units.

Fixes and Changes
Adjusted APCR usage for ** player-controlled ** AI to prevent friendly units from wasting all APCR ammunition without orders.


Fixed command car prices - no nerfs or buffs were made, just corrections to broken entries.


Fixed typos in the English localization file.


Added all new sniper localizations and portraits.


Added new snipers to hearing and spotting files.


Integrated new snipers into research trees.


Removed duplicate entry of Tiger II (P) from the German unit roster file.


Added new identifiers to allow certain Halftracks to be able to deploy sandbags when on defense.


Fixed USA controllable plane CP price.


Fixed persistent AI defender emplacement wrecks erroneously persisting in awkward places.


Removed “StuG III Ausf. G” as a requirement for the Jagdpanzer 38 (Hetzer). (Still not sure how that happened!)



Balance Changes
Adjusted MP and SP gains: SP is now harder to obtain unless you complete airfield missions, while late-war MP win gains have been slightly reduced.


Increased AI scaling in the later stages of the war (Day 16+). This should make the AI less of a pushover in late-game scenarios.


Adjusted the maximum number of AI units that can spawn simultaneously when on defense (from 8 → 12). This allows the AI to spawn full infantry squads instead of partial ones, reducing instances where the battlefield becomes cluttered with AT riflemen or niche specialists.


Fixed several decimal rounding errors for multiple tanks and vehicles. (If you find any more VEHICLE-related issues [not infantry] please report them in #bug-reports-and-crashes.)


Engineers (AP/AT/Flamer/Builder) now cost 1 Command Point per entity, down from 1.2 each. This fixes odd rounding discrepancies.


Reworked spotting values for every unit. The spotting system has been reverted to the vanilla base version, as our old one had become outdated and unbalanced. This will be revisited in a future update.


Adjusted some r/rm values for Defender AI units.
