Adjusted the text, displayed on the preview.
The image and the mod's name should give it away, that it is linked to medieval overhaul, hence only toggable stuff is displayed on the preview image (otherwise the text would be too long ;-) )

Due to the MO update, I have had to adjust the fuel filters.
Also, the DrawOffSet function has been removed as it is now part of MO.

I have added a function to restore the vanilla map generation. So you can toggle the generation of vanilla mineables during map creation.
However, you have to restart the game after you have activated it.

It may be that this also reactivated some already deactivated patches, and vice versa, as I also adjusted a few names. sorry for the inconvenience.
