Medieval Overhaul: Toggleable Stuff

Description
This mod reworkes some mechanics of Medieval Overhaul and adds some new ones. All features added can be toggled on/off separately in the Vanilla Expanded Framework settings.

What is included?
  • Animal helmets can be worn over ordinary ones
  • Wooden/Stony vents (requires: BetterVents)
  • [Tech] Remove the required research schematics

Note: After you change the settings, you need to restart the game.



Animal helmets can be worn over ordinary ones
Default setting: Disabled 🔴

What does it do?
If enabled, the animal helmets:
  • grizzly bear
  • polar bear
  • arctic wolf
  • timber wolf
... can be worn over regular helmets.

What happens when you deactivate this option?
A few errors may occur and the helmets fall to the ground. it should be possible to deactivate this patch at any time.


Woddy/Stony vent
Default setting: Disabled 🔴

What does it do?
If you use BetterVents you can build vents made of woody or stony materials.

What happens when you deactivate this option?
Some errors might occur, when loading a save... but mayby nothing as well - idk.


[Tech]Remove the required research schematics
Default setting: Disabled 🔴

What does it do?
Required schematics have been removed, research cost have been adapted..

What happens when you deactivate this option?
Restores the MO research tree.

Hmm, I must apologise, something must have gone wrong during the update?
I'll take a closer look.

Just tested with the only Harmony, VEF, PF, MO and this mod on the mod list, and the menu of this mod doesn't show up on mod options, but inside the VEF still appears 2 toggles, make battlefields remaints deconstructable and remove the required research schematics.

well i only have mo, this mod and all the required mods in their newest version. but you say the mod has a menu of its own, where do i find it?

Hard to say. It depends on which version of my mod you are using, because there shouldn't be any entries in VEF anymore, as the mod should have its own menu.

Many of the patches have been integrated into MO, and some entries depend on the mods you are using.

the mods works, i think... when i go to vanilla expanded framework and under toggleable patches the mod shows up,but it only shows two options. is this a problem on my end or a problem with the mod?

so i deleted all my mods deleted the folders resub to all of them but when i go to the toggles in Vanilla Expanded Framework settings i only have two make battle field remains des and remove the required reseach so i removed everything other then MO this mod and there requirements and still the same thing and i am using 1.6

MO has its own settings for that. Take a look into MO's mod menu. You can disable a lot of stuff there.
