+ Presets have been added for use on vehicles. This is basically a neat way to have vehicles spawn with a specific skin and bodygroup combo

+ Added a feature for cars to spawn with random amounts of fuel in their tank. This has been added to the options menu as well.

* The simfphys tab options menu has been rearranged slightly, and the cvars have changed. There's now clientside and serverside options seperately.

* If an ignition fails, it will no longer be automatically re-tried if "Engine auto start/stop" is not turned on in the client settings.
