When a pawn is in a mental state they're no longer available to be auto-fed on

When a pawn has the precept of bloodfeeders revered they become a viable target for auto-feeding.

Fixed a mod setting not properly saving

Fixed an accidental bug I added on last update.

Updated default value for minimum hediff as it was not triggering auto-feeding.
Also fixed a small flavour text error in opinion buff towards sanguophages.

- Checks for thoughts before trying to add them. This should make it fully compatible with animal biting.
- Added toggle for auto-feeding to happen regardless of social consequences, use carefully.
- Added individual toggles for each trait to turn on or off their generation. Pawns that already have such traits should not be affected.

Fixed a typo

Added setting for hediff (health) severity threshold for viable auto-feed victims. As I typed this description I realized I did a typo in the mod settings label.

Hopefully fixed the social tab bug and the mod starting with the settings' values set to 0
Changed the toggle text in social tab to say 'bloodfeeders' instead of 'sanguophages'

Added a toggle in the mod settings to turn off the edits to the social tab as a placeholder fix for those that are getting a bugged social tab.
