Update localization for Japanese, Russian, Korean and Simp_Chinese(?).
"Update" here I mean copy and pasted English into those localization to make them readable. Not actual translation.

I won't bother test them out myself, you have to tell me any problem with them yourself. Provided I can even do anything about it....

To anyone who want to translate yourself, some contents are not in use and I don't know what I've typed in most of the time!

Merge all localization into 1 file.
Update ship class names primary include a few King's raid unique weapon's names, though can't seems to fix ship name randomization.
Also remove generic ship class names to try fix name randomization.

Change 1 Uni portraits.
Update a few Kirika portraits.

Update a few Symphogear portrait.

Update a few Chris portraits.

Swap a pair of Maria portraits.
I won't bother mention the rest.

Updated Tsubasa portraits.
Didn't bother remember which one.

In case it's not obvious, I won't "update" all Symphogear pics. Too many.

Update Saint-German, prelati, cagliostro and other non-gear user(?) portraits.
Update one Miku-Hayate portrait.
I'll try keeping eye level not going beyond 250 pixels.
