Fixed Gene warrior name list....,I think.
A few changes of portraits. This cause "minor" problem to maid set though.

Update mod before I update my pc just in case.
Change / improve Symphogear and Girls und Panzer. I want to avoid portrait shuffling for now.
Change some "buff" building from capitol only to 1 build per empire ,so user may build one anywhere.

Add localization to Civil Defense Academy.

Fixed script for organic pop assembly .
Add a few portraits to Dxds.
Attempt to fix name list, ship class names that is. Very minimum success.........
I don't know the rest.

Fix 1 overtune trait from being able to use by other species.

Fixed random empire name list.
Pretty sure I've fix all of them.
Also, separate file for imperial, democratic and oligarchic for ease of maintenance.

Forgot to mention. also add overtune trait "trader". Cost 1, add trade value by 10 to 15% (I haven't decide the number).
Only available to the immortals.
Going to fix trait icon later.
