3.7 Update
Well, I can't find any fault on my side for now.
Add / fix / replace / re-arrange some GuP and Neptunia portraits.
Add Enchantment traits. I'm not going to add details here right now. It's midnight here.

Adjust job Idol to be somewhat equal to entertainer.
Adjust Idol theater limit from 1 to 2.
Change Job Idol Duelist icon.

Rather work in progress contents. Updated here before I temporary ban myself from playing Stellaris in near future
- Custom computers: Alternative to Sapient computers. Made out of annoyance against Contingency crisis!
- Custom tech available only to Gamindustrian and Crystalite using starting tech condition.
- Should be mid-game friendly.

Fixed Gene warrior name list....,I think.
A few changes of portraits. This cause "minor" problem to maid set though.

Update mod before I update my pc just in case.
Change / improve Symphogear and Girls und Panzer. I want to avoid portrait shuffling for now.
Change some "buff" building from capitol only to 1 build per empire ,so user may build one anywhere.

Add localization to Civil Defense Academy.

I can't recall everything, really.
Add a few Dxd portraits.
Fix / change 2 Kuromine(?) portraits. (Testing image upscaler)
Add a few buff building to some under powered civic without overwrithing.

Fixed script for organic pop assembly .
Add a few portraits to Dxds.
Attempt to fix name list, ship class names that is. Very minimum success.........
I don't know the rest.

Fix 1 overtune trait from being able to use by other species.
