Updated to work with game version 1.2.4
Paradox added new alerts and changed few previously existing alerts. This mod incorporates those changes.
I did not update non-English localisations yet.

Slightly changed localisations for game rules for battalions and flotillas in reserve. They no longer try to query GetPlayer.GetBattalionsInReserve or GetPlayer.GetWarshipsInReserve (when selecting game rules, the alerts themselves have their normal localisation). This hopefully fixes the CTDs some people reported to experience when selecting game rules.
