Added new enabled by default feature InstantLootUnconscious. Makes knocking an enemy unconscious instantly drop their timed/carried loot which is useful in missions where you evac and/or do not clear all enemies. LootIncapacitatedEnemies is handling it on mission end for cases where corpses are recovered already.

Fixed loot picked up by non-XCom friendly units not actually being recovered.

Added some extra logging and optimized code to not submit gamestate when unnecessary.

Added AHWPlagueFaceless to AlwaysLootedCharacterTemplates.

Added config options to toggle fixes separately, enabled by default:

LootMindControlMissionEnd
LootAlliedUnits
LootIncapacitatedEnemies
LootAliveTurrets (new feature)
LootMindControlDeaths
BypassEffectsForTimedLoot (new feature)
LootEnemyBackpacks

Additionally, new config list AlwaysLootedCharacterTemplates to make specific character templates always drop loot. This includes Codex/Avatar/Rulers/etc. by default.

Added logging. Not spammy, will only log instances of this mod giving you loot you would have otherwise missed out on.

Added handling for unconscious enemies which similarly to mind controlled enemies also let you finish the mission but you wouldn't get their loot.

Codex loot handling added to fix two issues:
* Timed loot wouldn't drop for Codex clones when at least one other clone was alive
* Multiple mind-controlled clones of the same Codex did not drop anything on mission end

Added handling for enemies having picked up loot that wouldn't drop as the relevant function was only called for units on the XCom team.

Added Andromedon Prime (ABA) and Andromedon Dreadnaught (AHW) to config.
