Fixed a bug that was causing this mod to behave incorrectly for AI in some cases.

This should fix any issues you may have been experiencing with:
- Dynamic Recon Ops
- KP Liberation
- Potentially other mods?

- Changed default Player/AI armor coefficients from 25 to 15 for greater realism
- Added side-based armor coefficient settings (these will default to 0, and will override the player/AI coefficients if changed from 0!)
- Added "Mod Enabled" addon option to allow disabling of the mod entirely without uninstalling it.
