Apparently I had messed up some folders by accident. This should *hopefully* fix the crashes...

Some fixes/changes in an attempt to deal with crashing issues:

- Fixed the mesh for male stormtrooper helmets, which was too high poly.

- Reduced some textures from 4k to 2k.

- Cleaned up soundbanks a bit.

I'm not 100% sure what exactly is causing the game to crash yet, but from what I've experienced after these changes it seems a little bit more stable at least... Had no crashes after, although my testing time has been limited.

Fixed cannibal plains being empty.

Adjusted amount of GCW tokens you get from certain enemies + added stormtrooper commanders (they're squad leaders but stronger).

Adjusted some stats for rebel units as well.
