- Switched from clientside file-based storage to server-side moddata-based storage for security reasons.
- Added support for global multipliers so that multipliers >2.5x do not cause oddities leading to gaining XP from dying sometimes.
- Added support for retaining moddata on death with a sandbox option to configure exactly which - by default this retains BTSE keypad info and BTSE tuned in radio stations.

- Made boosts get restored after levels to avoid them affecting XP restoration.

- Overhauled the recipe restoration to include restoring books read and have a configurable chance to forget all recipes from a book with a per-book roll.
- Fixed potential for small amounts of XP to be gained when dying (which can be inflated with large multipliers). Not thoroughly tested but I believe it's sorted now.

-Fixed bug where if *somehow* a NaN value gets into a skill upon saving, it would fail to load the skill values on recovery. Did this by doing a NaN check and replacing with zero if this occurs (and logging that it happened to what).

- Now restores any XP from prior to death instead of discarding it.
- Fractional XP loss (no more rounding up to harsher punishments).
- Per-skill configuration of loss chance % and max % of skill lost.
