Should fix the Proving grounds.

If it doesn't fix it, I have added the version using the base game Codex brain, go in "XcomStrategyTuning.ini" and uncomment the lines after the ";! Using base game Codex brain"

Fixed bug where the gun would not appear
Fixed a bug where the gun could be sold for 30 supplies, creating an infinite money glitch

Big update :
- The Proving ground bug is fixed. Once you kill a codex, a new item will spawn. THIS USES THE CODEX BRAIN IMAGE, It will only be used for the project at the proving ground
