* Unified crisis paths potential blocks with trigger -is_player_crisis = yes- while leaving Endbringer origin conditional logic where it makes sense.
* Added Vanilla Interdimensional Processing tooltip that was added recently.
* Tweaked AI weights with recent vanilla changes.

* Added full compatibility (it was partial) for Feature Preserver for World Shaper AP tooltip.

* Added some conditions from Orbital Economy Overhaul to Master Builders (added built cost reduction) and Galactic Wonders (prevents being taken if you adopt OEO engineering tradition). * Reviewed compatibility list (found here) and added an icon for re-roll capable mods.
* It seems the re-roll feature was disabled in a previous update during testing, it is now back online (edict now shows up).
* Scripted a new safeguard in the re-roll event to prevent Defenders of the Galaxy AP to be re-rolled if you add my merger mod in the middle of a game that has human players that have the Defender "crisis" active from Defender: Become the Crisis mod, this avoids triggering multiple crisis at once. Under normal circumstances Defender of the Galaxy is re-rollable but it is supposed to be restricted at all times if it triggers a Crisis Path, this is simply a niche reinforcement for saved game compatibility, a new game is still recommended whenever you add new mods.

* Reviewed Worthy Perks again and adjusted triggers and effects accordingly.

* AP Consecrated Worlds now gives attunement to the Composer of Strands instead of Instrument of Desires. (Thanks for the report @Hatoful Pengu).
* Worthy Perks now gives Hydrocentric a base 33% ocean terraforming multiplier instead of 50%.
