Update mod for 204.52

Adds the Ergonomic item mod that allows shoes to be equipped over Peculiar Pedestrians limbs.
Gives hindren cloven hooves and ergonomic footwear.

Known issues: Hindren will spawn with normal, non-ergonomic footwear in their inventory. Some hindren will randomly not equip any of their shoes whatsoever, and this particularly happens often with Angohind. I have no idea why, any help with this would be appreciated.
