Fixed the automated event to trigger a day later so that you can exploit using the same event.

Increased mod compatibility (thanks NYITO) by:
Changing the scripted_functions file to not override base game whole file.
In scripted_functions file now I only have the can_exploit_tax function.

Added an option to deactivate this mod tax exploitation if you want to use the base game exploitation.
