maybe an unpopular change, I made Rusty Rail Platforms' collision dynamic. Them sumbiches are now solid and cannot be fallen through period.

damn at this rate I will have to break up the patches to be modular in case people like the fixes/changes but may want to pick and choose which ones they want...
