-- All planetary deposits have "Mastery of nature" bonus.
-- Disabled an event about "Plundering Warlord" trait and ED districts. I think Stellaris 3.10 removed that trait.

- Spaceport updates.
-- removed "2-or-more starports" condition.
-- Capped by starbase tier.
-- Pilot job can have 3 function, depend on starbase building.
--- Pilot can increase trade value collection range, if the starbase has country has "Civil Transportation Hub" building.
--- Pilot can increase trade value protection and its range, if the starbase has country has "Trade Route Patrolling Hub" building.
--- Otherwise, Pilot features won't change.
- Added Inner-system Trade districts. It has trader and artisan job slots, like Shattered Ringworld's commercial districts. ITD is unlocked when the system has 2-or-more colonies. And capped by number of colonies (2 slots with 2 colonies, 4 slots with 3 colonies...)
- Fixed undersurface cities job slot conditions.
- Fixed colonized planet must wait 1 year to unlock shelter and aquatic housing district. Now you must wait only 3 days.
- Fixed English text in Environmentalist job effects.

- Streamlined district codes.
- Fixed an issue in Aquatic Housing's description. Thank you, Hedgehog!
- Now "Unsecure Mines" have Subterranean Origin bonus like Mining Districts.
- Updated Habitat district deposit icons and descriptions.
- Facility and Combined districts now applied habitat modifier on cost and upkeep, when built on habitats.
- ON Combined districts:
-- They get extra job slots, when on habitats and the owner is a Void Dweller empire.
-- On dystopian society's garden districts, entertainer job is replaced with enforcer job.
-- They on habitat now reduce Reactor District or Astro-Mining Bay cap.
-- Fixed they can be built without free basic resource district slots, if that Combined districts are built already.
-- Fixed farming combined distrcts could reduce farming district cap, even if uncapped farming districts are available.

- Limited Alloys upkeep of Habitat Districts only on vanilla habitats. So PD habitats won't have it.
- Added 1 ranger job on Unity Combined Districts, if the planet has ranger lodge.
- Fixed compatibility scripted triggers about ED jobs.
- Disabled new Habitat Districts cap generator.
- Fixed PD habitats can't have Habitat Districts.

- Refactored district codes with inline_scripts. A few inconsistent codes were standardized.

-Updated for Stellaris 3.9.
-- Added ED Habitat Districts Manager deposit. Habitats will have it and it will provide ED Habitat Districts slot, if a celestial body with Orbitals have suitable deposit. the slots are checked annually, just like Shelters.
-- Integrated Stellaris 3.9 new inline_scripts (like "jobs/technicians_add").
- Facility Districts on PD habitats have 2 jobs, not 3.

- Updates on Unsecure Mines Decisions.
-- Disabled "Ban Unsecure Mines" Decision.
-- Fixed "Massive safety precaution at Unsecure Mines" Decision requires some Unsecure Mines.
-- Integrated gestalt variant of "Massive safety precaution at Unsecure Mines" Decision in regular one.
- Returned some conditions (planet and country ones) on Shelter and Aquatic Housing, from event to district.
- Streamlined annual planet events.

I think the next update will be for Stellaris 3.9.

- Now planet-based annual events are fired on colony-birthday, not on Jan 21.
- Change Shelter and Aquatic Housing checks interval, from constant ones to annually.
- Fixed Max Habitability modifier from Noxious Trait is based on owner species, not each species.
- Fixed Archeology District had only 1 job slot.
- Combined Districts
-- Streamlined allow conditions.
-- Fixed constructing flag were not removed sometime.
-- Added a few tooltips.

- Now "School of Elevation" districts have Max 6 cap.
- Added "Aquatic Housing" district, for aquatic pop.
- A few changes on housing districts.
-- Economic categories were changed, from planet_districts to planet_districts_cities.
-- Housing modifiers from owner (hive, housing tech, tradition and agrarian idyll civic) were
standardized.
-- Removed additional modifier from subterranean origin.
-- ai_resource_production were standardized and improved.
- Streamlined "Planetary Diversity" related scripted triggers. Now they won't be displayed when PD is not enabled.
