Added Fuel Tank and Dry Bulk trailers, unlocked left side cargo boxes for fuel trailers, added a 3/3/0 lowboy configuration, added a Flatbed/Tarp B-Quad with a 28ft trailer on the end, unlocked weight limits for Montana (no, you can't visit Montana yet because it's not for sale, but once it is for sale the weight limits are already unlocked)
