Updated for patch 1.35

Minor additions to some monuments with new 1.35 modifiers. Hall of the Ancestors now reduces the culture conversion time as well as the cost, Arg Ordstun now uses the new primary culture development cost reduction instead of the global development cost reduction, and has been increased to -10% reduction at max level. More restrictive but more rewarding at the same time.

Phokhao Citadel (The Haless hold) now creates a level 1 center of trade when upgraded to level 3. Also increased the diplomatic power gain upon upgrading it to T3 from 60 to 150.

Two more small fixes, made Phokhao Citadel's temporary buff more useful to the region, and made Mithradum's diceroll effect when upgrading to t3 have a failsafe if your ruler already has 6 mil skill

Got the secrets of the vaulthold event to work properly

also made miscellaneous minor changes to a few monuments

Partially reworked the Vaulthold monument in the Middle Dwarovar. Now upon upgrading it to T3, permanent precursor relics spawn in the hold, and you get an event that (optionally) gives you access to the artificers estate. If you already have the artificers then getting them twice doesn't really do anything.
This is designed in part so that if you're very aggressive you can potentially unlock artificers before manufactories in 1650, which could be quite powerful.
I might improve on this idea of unlocking artificers or other unique anbennar estates (like vampires for instance) in later updates depending on feedback.

event doesn't fire if you're monstrous btw since artificers don't appear if you haven't demonsterized

Changed the Hall of the Ancestors monument artwork to be the same one from the loading screen that was added in Children of Ruin.

Slightly nerfed Sedadhûm's T3 province perma modifier so it's not so big
