Added ESG's gas giant size fix i made.

Reduced the ammount of pop slots of all non gas planets by 1.

Added new planets and the ability to use the custom planets as starter planets in customs.

Adjusted UC anomalies to not spawn on the new planets, might cause issues with other mods that change these anomalies.

-Added 3 new planets.
-Adjusted pop home systems to be even more varied.
-Starting star of some factions have been changed.
-There's a small chance your home star is another type of star from the default.

Small update, note that different galaxy age doesn't seem to work
