Missed a sprite that should have been in there because I forgot that I updated the results screen to now do post_draw stuff. So this now functions the same way Lilac's does.

Buffs:
FStrong Angle 45 -> 361 (I felt like at Kill percent the angle was ruining her chances of being able to KO so I changed it)
FSpecial2 - Increased grounded speed boost

Nerfs:
FSpecial2 - Reduced the speed of the move overall, tried to make it less jarring to use while on the ground

New Features:
Carol's voice is now togglable on the CSS, so you don't need to scroll through all the alts to get to it.
New alts, Abyss, Carrie, Game Boy and Golden (Carrie is a fan character based on a scrapped design for Carol)
Added a new sound effect and general effect when switching alts
Added the small djump ring for pounce
Carol now has four Wait animations, two of which are locked behind having voices on.

Gone through the entire spritesheet and removed all stray mixels from the sprites (I was previously manually drawing in an awkward way at 200% scale and it lead to odd looking pixels
Repositioned some of the sprite indexes to avoid mixeled looks

Bug fixes:
Fixed an issue where Carol's tail and bike weren't being shaded correctly on default alt.
Fixed a bug where Carol's Dair would bounce off thin air if performed high enough

Missed out an intended Uair change that was meant to happen last time around. While I was at it, I've decided to go ahead and change all her Strongs stats for better scaling and better kill power, with the bike getting improved versions of all:

DStrong Hit 2 Base Knockback 6 -> 8
DStrong Hit 2 Knockback Scaling .8 -> .9
DStrong 2 Base Knockback is now 10
DStrong2 Knockback Scaling is now 1.1

Due to a massive oversight on my part a lot of Carol's moves which should have Whifflag didn't in fact have any whifflag. So this patch should change things.

Buffs:

Both Dash Attacks now last for a longer distance
Dtilt hit 2 Hitstun Multiplier 0 -> 1.5 (due a typo the Hitstun multiplier wasn't being applied correctly, this has now been fixed)

Nerfs:
Prat Land Time 3 -> 5
The duration of both Dash Attack moves has changed from 18 to 11.
Both Dash Attacks Endlag 0-> 9
Dash Attack now has Whifflag
Dash Attack2 now has Whifflag
Bair2 now has Whifflag
Dstrong now has Whifflag
Fstrong now has Whifflag

After realising what battle_text's compatibility actually was, I have changed the text to be more in line with its actual purpose, officially giving Carol compatibility with Soulbound Conflict.

Carol's Ground Friction is now 1 while on the bike, .35 while off the bike, making the bike easier to control.

HUGE GRAPHICAL UPDATE PATCH

Every body sprite and bike sprite now has actual shading. Don't expect too much artwise, but it is definitely better than before.
Reshaped some sprites for less jittery animations, namely a more consistent head shape and changes to idle for a bit more smoothness.
Improved the animations of multiple moves, namely NSpecial, Dstrong, Dstrong2, Fstrong2, UStrong2, Nair2, Utilt2, Bair, Bair2, Dair (the after effect is different every frame now) and Dair2 (The explosion upon impact is much meatier now)
Enabled the explosion to actually trigger upon hitting the ground and also ensured that the explosion sound effect actually plays

One gameplay change has been made

Nair 2 Attack Length 6 -> 10

This has been done because I made the attack animation really quick to try and hide the bad animation. Now that the animation no longer sucks there's no need for it to be so quick

Fixed a bug where the Level 9 AI using Wild Kick would create a constant state of Parry.
Made tweaks to AI Recovery, it was easy to spike the AI with no retaliation on Carol's end when trying to recover, a tweak has been made to try and remedy this

Added Solid Snake Interrogation compatibility
