- Updated Mercenary's "Explosive Shot" Action card: Breaking a Room or destroying a Door no longer requires Ammo. Additionally, you roll the combat die and deal injuries as in a Shoot Action (dealing 1 additional guaranteed Injury).
- Updated Mercenary's "Overcharge" Action card: An Injury effect is resolved after each combat roll instead of after both.
- Changed Mercenary's Basic Repair Action card (2 additional cost) into a Repair card (1 additional cost).
- Updated Operative's "Arm Cannon" Action card: Deals 1 additional Injury instead of 2 on all combat rolls but blank.
- Changed Operative's "Recharge Unit" Quest Item into "Energy Magnetizer": Heavy Item. Discarded after use. Fully refills your Reactor Core's ENERGY. While you carry this Item, your "Arm Cannon" Action cards deal 1 additional guaranteed Injury.
- Removed "Open or Close any 1 Door" from Computer Action D and replaced it with "Discard a Loose Wire marker from any 1 Room".
- Updated Computer Action C's third ability to "Discard a Loose Wire marker from any 1 Room". (Use to be any 1 Room from your SECTION.)
- Updated Rules for Advantage Dice: The "Miss or Discard to Hit" pip always counts as a Hit when rolled against Larva or Creeper. The "Miss or Discard to Hit" pip is considered a blank when no card is discarded or a Hit (bullseye icon) when a card is discarded for the purpose of Weapon effects. The "Hit or Discard to Deal additional Injury" pip is considered to be a Hit (bullseye icon) if no card is discarded, or Critical Hit (double bullseye icon) if a card is discarded for the purpose of Weapon effects.
- Updated Rules for using the Fuel Storage Room: You are required to shuffle the fuel storage bag and pick a random token out of it, and you may continue to do so until you get the resired result (to prevent players from knowing its contents by using the Fuel Storage Room action themselves).
- Added "No Stone Unturned" Professional Objective: Activate your Knowledge AND Explore every Room on the Nemesis Ship.
- Added "Bury The Past" Personal Objective: The Shuttle must reach Deep Space OR At least 2 Sections must be destroyed.
- Updated the "Body Guard" Professional Objective: Now also requires for the Doctor Character to survive.
- Updated the "Loose Ends" Professional Objective: Now no more than 1 Character with 4 or more Knowledge can survive (from 3).

- Increased turn marker time from 12 rounds to 15.
- Updated Room Info Sheet to include additional information on Hibonatorium.
- Updated the Structural Decay Event cards so they are no longer removed from the game.
- The Mercenary's Body Augment Quest Item is now activated in the Armory Room.
- Updated the Short Circuit Event card to change the wording so that Loose Wire markers can be placed in Computer Rooms with Malfunction markers.
- Updated the Doctor's "Deep Analysis" Action card so that it now gives 1 Knowledge if you remove at least 1 Contamination card with it.
- Updated the wording of the Mercenary's "Explosive Shot" and "Overcharge" Action cards so that it applies injuries as if you were performing a Shoot Action (to benefit from Intruder Weaknesses).
- Updated the Benefactor's "I Don't Think So" Action card so that it can also apply to any action that searches item decks rather than specifically Search action cards.
- Fixed the wording of the Navigator's "Direct Access" Action card so that the bottom effect says Malfunction marker instead of Fire marker.
- Changed Computer Action B and E's third ability to "Secretly look at any 2 Unexplored Room tiles".
- Changed Computer Action C's second ability to "Flip over any Power token".
